01. User Account, Password, and Security

By accessing the Suisaddlery Platform, you acknowledge responsibility for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Display Name and Password. You are solely responsible for all activities and transactions that occur under your credentials.

You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Suisaddlery reserves the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block your access to the Platform without prior notice.

02. Professional Services Offered

Suisaddlery provides a premium internet-based commerce portal. Our services enable users to purchase high-end artisan products, including equestrian gear, custom leather goods, and lifestyle accessories. Transactions are secured through various integrated payment gateways.

Failure to accept the re-shipment of a declined return does not grant eligibility for a refund. Suisaddlery assumes no liability for goods abandoned or rejected upon return delivery.

03. Returns & Logistical Responsibilities

In all cases of voluntary returns, the return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in the exact condition in which they were delivered—this includes pristine packaging, untampered tags, and no signs of wear or user-inflicted damage.

Any item returned in a compromised state will result in a forfeit of the refund, and the item will be handled according to our standard declined-return protocols.

04. Accuracy of Content

While we strive for perfection in our atelier and on our digital portal, Suisaddlery does not warrant that product descriptions, imagery, or other content is 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. These Terms may be supplemented by product-specific conditions displayed on individual item pages.
