01. Returns & Exchanges

The return and exchange options are offered by Suisaddlery directly and are subject to the specific period mentioned on each product details page.

Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original condition, with all artisan tags and packaging intact. While you are welcome to try on our products, we ask that you take meticulous care to preserve the leather's pristine condition.

02. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order through your account dashboard at any time before the product has been dispatched. Once our courier has collected the order for shipment, the order can no longer be cancelled.

03. The Return Process

If you wish to return a purchased item, you will need to ship it back to our Leeds atelier address at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service for security. Once the product is received and verified to be in its original condition, we will proceed with the refund.

04. Refund Timelines

Following a successful inspection of the returned goods, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Note: Not all products may be eligible for return (such as bespoke or custom-made saddles). The specific policy provided on the individual product page will always override this general policy.
