1. **Returns & Exchanges**
The return and exchange options are offered by Suisaddlery directly and are subject to the specific return/exchange period mentioned on the product details page. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You are welcome to try on a product, but please take care to preserve its condition.

2. **Cancellation**
You can cancel your order through your account before the product has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. **Return Process**
If you wish to return a purchased product, you will need to send it back to our address at your own cost. Once the product is successfully received by Suisaddlery and is in its original condition, we will process your refund.

4. **Refund Timeline**
After the product has been received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process, which typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
